THE PROGRAMME

Our signature 6 week programme is a Hybrid Coaching programme combining online support across all aspects of your transformation, with in-person Bootcamp training.

Everything you need to lose weight, build confidence and feel incredible.

1:1 Coaching

Work 1:1 with a coach who will get to understand your goals, struggles and everything else, pushing you to achieve your best.

Weekly Online Check-Ins

Online check-ins every week with your coach. These go into detail about your week, dissecting your wins, what could have been changed and planning the week ahead to ensure progress.

In-Person Bootcamps

Your challenge will include 3 Bootcamp training sessions per week. The perfect opportunity to come and push yourself, chat to your coach in-person and get to know the rest of the TBH athletes.

Weekly Live Training Calls

Extra weekly training calls on topics generated by your feedback.

We bring in guest speakers like gut health experts and mindfulness coaches to give you the most well-rounded coaching experience.

Personalised Workout Plan

Workouts designed to fit around your goals and schedule, planned into your personal PT app.

Video workouts that allow you to follow along, guiding you through every step.

Bespoke Meal Plans

Meal guidance tailored to fit your calorie goals and preferred way of eating.

Meal plans will never have prescribed foods to eat, but act more as a structure to build into your own lifestyle.

Accountability Coach

In addition to your formal weekly check-ins, an accountability coach will check in with you to make sure you’re keeping on track and give you that extra boost of encouragement.

Community Support Group

Be part of the incredible TBH community. The team are active in spurring each other on, as well as sharing recipes, snack ideas, words of encouragement and sharing wins.

FAQs

  • No, you don’t need to have a gym membership to join the programme.

    Your workouts will be developed based on the equipment you have access to. If that means doing home workouts with no equipment, that’s absolutely fine.

    You will also get unlimited access to our in-person Bootcamps for training.

  • If you follow the programme, there’s no reason why you can’t start to lose weight within your first week.

    However, our programmes are designed to make weight loss sustainable, so we’re not going to be promoting any unhealthy diet culture or quick fixes.

  • Existing injuries and pains are something we will ask you about in your initial goal call but we can adjust your programme to suit almost any situation.

  • Definitely not.

    The programme is built on making weight loss sustainable and part of that is ensuring you enjoy the foods you’re eating. Meal plans are based on portioning of different food groups and overall calories, allowing you to eat the foods you love.

  • You’ll be working 1:1 with a coach who will always be able to support you with any questions or struggles.

    Your weekly check-ins will take an in-depth look at your week and your coach will provide personal video feedback and advice.

    We ensure that our coaching goes beyond just weight loss and your coach will be on-hand to support with all aspects of your training.

  • Yes!

    We want you to be able to continue to enjoy eating out whilst on the programme.

    Of course, this will have to be in moderation, but there are always steps we can take to help you plan around meals and big events.
