BOOTCAMPS

General Points

The trainer will use their knowledge and skills to the best of their ability to provide a session that will be beneficial to all that take part.

Sessions will run for the duration of 45 minutes, which will include a warm-up, main workout and post-workout cool down unless otherwise arranged by your Personal Trainer.

Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to let the instructor know of any injuries/illnesses or anything that may affect your performance within the session. If any of these are deemed to be too risky to train, then you may be advised not to join for your own safety. If you are in any doubt about your health you should consult your doctor.

You are required to wear appropriate clothing and footwear for training outside in all weather conditions.

You should arrive at least 5 minutes before the session starts so that warm-up can commence and you are not delaying the session.

If you get a serious injury/illness that will stop you from training long term, you should contact a member of TBH to discuss moving forwards and potential refunds.

Bookings and Payment

Bookings must be made and confirmed at tombucklehealth.com

To confirm booking, payment has to be made before the session. If the booking is made without payment, then the session will be cancelled.

Those paying for monthly sessions are able to book all the way up to the end of their month. We will try to give priority to those paying monthly to get them into all their sessions. If this cannot be achieved, refunds equalling the session costs will be issued.

 

Cancellations

24 hours notice of cancellation or postponement is required for all appointments. Notice of fewer than 24 hours will incur full payment of the full Session/Class fee. Please contact me when cancelling classes as there is normally a waiting list.

Once purchased, your Sessions/Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For those on monthly packages, if you cancel before the 24-hour period, you may book onto another session for as long as you continue to pay for the service.

If Bootcamp or session is cancelled by the trainer, everyone booked onto the session will be able to book onto another free of charge.

PERSONAL TRAINING

I agree to give 24 hours notice for the cancellation of sessions. I understand that if 24 hours’ notice is not given, the fee for that session will still stand.

  • I understand that if I receive credit for a missed session, the credit must be used within 60 days of the missed session or it will be waived.

  • I understand that payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. However, sessions may be suspended at the discretion of the Trainer for a maximum of 12 months from the start date. The remaining sessions can also be transferred to another client.

  • I understand that the PAR-Q and Doctors Approval (if applicable) and this Personal Training Agreement must be completed and signed prior to the first session.

  • I understand that payment must be made in advance of the first session. Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the personal training programme.

  • I understand that the results achieved from personal training are a combination of exercise, nutrition and my own personal genetics. Further, I recognise that my genetic makeup is out of my Personal Trainer’s control. 

  • I understand that if I am late for a session, the session time may be cut short and the full fee will still apply.

  • I understand that a monthly fee depending on the number of sessions agreed on (1, 2 or 3) will be paid in full at the same time each month.

  • I understand that if the PT session has been shared, the session will remain at full price even if my training partner has cancelled in advance.

  • I understand that exercise involves certain risks, including but not limited to; serious neck and spinal injuries resulting in complete or partial paralysis, heart attack, stroke or even death. Additionally, injuries could occur to bones, joints or muscles. Slips falls, and unintended loss of balance could result in muscular, neurological, orthopaedic or another bodily injury.

  • I understand that I have control of the workout and may terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time. Further to this, I understand that it is my obligation to inform my trainer of any symptoms such as fatigue, shortness of breath or chest discomfort. 

  • I agree that the trainer can terminate a particular exercise or workout at any time if the trainer believes I am not in suitable condition for exercise.

  • I understand that my Personal Trainer is not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietician and that the advice offered is optional and not a replacement for professional advice from experts within specialist fields.

Online Coaching (Transformation Plans)

  • I understand there is a minimum commitment of 3 months. The plan is either paid upfront or split across 3 months.

  • I understand that if I decide to finish the plan early, you I will still be charged for the initial 3 month period.

  • I understand that payments are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

  • I understand that the PAR-Q and Doctors Approval (if applicable) must be completed and signed prior to the first session.

  • I understand my trainer has the right to cancel any plan mid-way through if check-ins are not being completed or if you are not adhering to the plan.

  • I understand that my TBH Coach is not a doctor, physiotherapist or dietician and that the advice offered is optional and not a replacement for professional advice from experts within specialist fields.
